I shouldn’t have to say it but I will…
The Lake District and wider Cumbria, it’s fells, woodlands, shores, towns and villages are closed this Easter break and will remain closed until further notice.
For the safety of everyone, yourself included, please stay away until such time as the government confirms that the current CoVid 19 crisis is over, or manageable, and social distancing restrictions can be lifted.
The Lakes and our beauty spots have been here for millennia, they will still be here when the restrictions are removed and we can welcome you once more.
This crisis will end and we’ll see you again as soon as we can.
Until then be safe, stay well and please, please, please, listen to the advice given to us all – Stay Home!
